These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website trigyojas.com, the Trigyaans Tapowon discovery call, the Trigyaans Tapowon programme, and any related services (together, the "Services") offered by Trigyaan ("we", "us", "our").
By accessing our website, booking a discovery call, or enrolling in any programme, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
1. About Trigyaans Tapowon
Trigyaans Tapowon is a consciousness coaching and personal transformation programme grounded in the Trigyojas method developed by TharaSachin MMJ. It draws on multiple healing lineages and modalities and is delivered as a paid coaching engagement over a defined period.

Do not stop, change, or delay any prescribed treatment on the basis of our programme.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, to use our Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
3. Booking, enrolment, and payment
The discovery call requires a booking fee of ₹199 (or as displayed at the time of booking).
Enrolment in the main Trigyaans Tapowon programme is at our discretion and follows a fit assessment on the discovery call.
All payments are processed by our payment partner Razorpay. By paying, you also agree to Razorpay's terms and privacy policy.
All fees are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated at the time of purchase.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
4. Programme access and delivery
Once enrolled, we will grant you access to programme materials, group sessions, WhatsApp support, and related resources for the duration stated at the time of enrolment. Access is personal and non transferable.
You are responsible for arranging a stable internet connection, a suitable device, and a private space to participate in sessions.
5. Your commitments
You agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information when booking and enrolling.
Show up for scheduled sessions and complete the daily practice as guided.
Treat the founder, coaches, staff, and fellow participants with respect at all times.
Not record, screenshot, or share any live session, recording, WhatsApp exchange, or programme material without our prior written consent.
Not use the Services for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
6. Intellectual property
All content on the website and within the programme, including text, images, videos, audio, session recordings, workbooks, methods, frameworks, the Trigyojas name and logo, and the Trigyaans Tapowon name and logo, is the exclusive property of Trigyaan or its licensors, and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You receive a limited, personal, non exclusive, non transferable, revocable licence to access and use the programme material for your own personal use only. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, resell, teach, or create derivative works from any of our content without our prior written permission.
7. Testimonials, results, and no guarantees
Testimonials shared on our website and in our communications reflect the personal experiences of individual participants. They are not a guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar results. Outcomes depend on many factors including your own commitment, honesty, effort, life circumstances, and readiness. We make no promises or guarantees about any specific outcome, including health, relationships, career, finances, or spiritual state.
8. Third party services and links
Our website and communications may contain links to or embeds from third party services such as Razorpay, Wistia, WhatsApp, and others. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of these third parties. Your use of any third party service is subject to that service's own terms and privacy policy.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trigyaan, its founder, coaches, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunity, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the total amount you have actually paid to us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trigyaan, its founder, coaches, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or your violation of any law or third party right.
11. Termination and suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, disrupt group sessions, act disrespectfully toward others, or engage in conduct that in our reasonable judgment is harmful to us or to other participants. Termination for cause does not entitle you to a refund.
12. Force majeure
We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, government action, internet or telecommunications failures, or civil disturbances.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to the dispute resolution clause below, the courts at Tumakuru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services.
14. Dispute resolution
Before initiating any legal action, both parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute through direct discussion. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days of written notice, it may be referred to arbitration by a sole arbitrator appointed by us in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of arbitration shall be Tumakuru, India, and the language shall be English.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated where required by law. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
